Three tools:

run_rfm — Scores HubSpot customers on Recency, Frequency, Monetary value. Classifies into 11 segments (Champions → Lost) and extracts ICP patterns from top performers.

qualify — ICP Triangulation Framework™: scores prospects across Firmographic Fit, Behavioral Fit, and Growth Signals. Returns tier (Ideal / Strong / Moderate / Poor) with engagement strategy.

score_pipeline_health — Analyzes open deals for velocity, stage conversion, bottlenecks, and at-risk detection. Returns a 0–100 pipeline health score.
