Licinexus MCP

First Brazilian Model Context Protocol server for public procurement data.

Connects MCP clients (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Continue) to Brazil's National Procurement Portal (PNCP) and Federal Revenue CNPJ data — in natural language.

What it does

In one line of config, you can ask:

• "Are there active price-registry agreements for laptops with available balance in São Paulo?"
• "Show me IT bids published in the last 7 days above R$ 200k"
• "Contract history for CNPJ X with federal agencies"
• "What is municipality Y planning to buy this year (PCA)?"

• Bids / licitações — search, get details, filter by modality and value
• Contracts — including additive terms (TAs) and billing instruments (NFes)
• Price-registry agreements (atas RP) — with balance filtering for active ones
• Annual Procurement Plans (PCA) — what agencies plan to buy this year
• Agency profiles — registered public agencies in the PNCP
• CNPJ data — supplier identification via BrasilAPI
