Guitar Store MCP Server

A Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for a guitar store that provides tools for querying guitar inventory and processing orders.

Setup

1. Install dependencies:

npm install

2. Start the server:

npm start

The server will run on http://localhost:3001 by default.

Endpoints

• SSE Endpoint: http://localhost:3001/sse
• Messages Endpoint: http://localhost:3001/messages

1. getGuitars - Get all guitars in inventory
2. getGuitarsByType - Get guitars by type (Electric or Acoustic)

Building a Frontend

You can build a frontend for this MCP server using any web framework. The frontend should connect to the SSE endpoint and send messages to the messages endpoint.
