• Neuro-Symbolic Cartridges: Load deterministic Wasm Components (solvers, verifiers, constraint engines) into an agent's execution graph. Each cartridge runs in a fuel-bounded sub-sandbox with $O(1)$ teardown. The agent reasons; the cartridge computes.
