primitive

Primitive is email infrastructure for AI agents. Send and receive email via a REST API, host an agent at a managed *.primitive.email address, and reach any address with one verb.

What it does

Seven tools, covering the read and send surface of the Primitive v1 REST API:

• sendEmail — outbound send (destructive)
• replyToEmail — outbound reply with threading (destructive)
• listEmails — list inbound mail with filters
• searchEmails — full-text + structured search
• getEmail — full record for one inbound email
• getInboxStatus — domain verification, processing routes, deployed Functions
• getAccount — authenticated account info

Read tools carry readOnlyHint=true. Write tools carry destructiveHint=true so clients prompt before invocation.

Authentication is OAuth 2.0 (the client follows our protected-resource metadata). For clients that don't yet support OAuth-discovered MCP servers, set a

Usage beyond your monthly credit grant is invoiced at flat per-unit rates (e.g. $1 per 43,000 emails sent or received, $0.03/GB-month storage, $1 per
1,250 Function invocations). Developer caps at the credit grant (no overage). No credit card required to start.
