The first strength-training app Claude can actually write to. Tally's first-party remote MCP server gives Claude read access to your real workout history and write access to your training plan: talk through your program in conversation — exercises, sets, progressions — say "put it in Tally," open the app, and your week is planned, synced, and ready to log. Unlike read-only fitness integrations, this is a full round-trip: plan conversationally, log at the gym, and Claude respects your gym-floor edits — anything you change in the app is never overwritten. Six tools: read training context, workout history, planned days, and an 800+ exercise library; write single days or whole multi-week ranges. Remote server (Streamable HTTP) with OAuth 2.1 — no API keys, no local install. Access is scoped to your account and revocable anytime.
